Just ten years after it was inaugurated, the HMS Belfast Association has in excess of 412 members made up of Officers and Ship's Company of HMS Belfast when in Commission.

HMS Belfast Association

The aims and objectives of the Association are:

• reunite ex-ship's company
• provide opportunities for members to exchange memories and help each other in any sociable way, including meetings and reunions
• issue newsletters ('Seahorse') and other relevant publications
• where possible to provide welfare to needy cases
• give support to the Trustees of the Imperial War Museum in their efforts to preserve HMS Belfast in perpetuity
